• Certain treatments require a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee when booking appointment. These can be found under each service in the 'services' section
• All written Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months from the date written at time of purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for money.
• All online Gift Vouchers through our 3rd party site must be redeemed by the expiry date given on the voucher at time of purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for money.
• Cancelled or rescheduled appointments between 48-24 hrs prior to your appointment now incurs a 50% charge of the total treatment cost
• Cancelled, missed or no show appointments within 24 hour period of your appointment will now be charged at 100% of the total treatment cost
• If you book an appointment with intent to use a Gift Voucher but cancel within 48 hours prior to your appointment, the Gift Voucher will then become forfeited.
• We reserve the right to cancel your booking at anytime
• A patch test is required for all new clients and at least 48 hours prior to your appointment
• You must agree to follow all pre and post-aftercare given. Failure to do so will affect your finished results. If aftercare is not followed and an additional treatment is required, you will be charged accordingly.
• You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding for many of the treatments on offer. Please ask if unsure.
• You must disclose all medical conditions and current medication as this may affect your treatment.
• Please ensure you are happy with the treatment before leaving the premises. Any additional retouches after this will be charged.
• Booking times are set, and we kindly ask you to ensure you allow plenty of time to get to your appointment. Late arrivals maybe asked to re-book and will therefore be asked for a cancellation fee.
• We operate a no refund policy. We have already given our time and product cost to accommodate you. If there is an issue, please bring it to our attention asap as most issues can be resolved.
